I need to make purple fruits and vegetables more a part of my diet! It’s amazing the nutritional and health benefits different fruits and vegetables have based on their color! Thanks for writing this really informative article!

  4. Brilliant article. I am a strong believer that we can live at our healthiest and strongest by using and consuming natural products. I knew that fruits and vegtables were imortant but I didn’t know that the colours each had their own unique benefits.

Blueberries are awesome! Thanks to you I now know how awesome they are. The fibre content is quite interesting and vitamin C and K are also great. I know some diabetics eat blueberries which seem counterintuitive because they are sweet but the low calorie and high fibre content make sense as it will keep you fuller for longer without raising blood sugar too much.

I actually enjoy all of the items on your list from grapes and plums to purple cabbage and brinjals and even purple onions. I have never tried purple carrots before so that would be interesting for me.
