  1. Wow, I never realised mangosteen had such a plethora of health benefits. The list is quite extensive!
    It’s interesting to know it can help with diabetes. A family member who has type II diabetes has mentioned they can’t eat too much fruit as they contain a lot of sugar. How much can they eat of this fruit per day?

      As such  all fruits are not diabetic.consuming fruits in limited quantity is good for diabetes. You can take 100 grams of Mangosteen everyday.Fruits like Green Apple,Orange, Avocado, Black berry and many more fruits control diabetes if taken in a controlled way.
