Not to mention, this is a Gentle Yoga for elders and not power yoga. So, it runs at a slower & gentle pace and is not physically tiring. As an experienced yoga practitioner, my #1 recommendation will be Gentle Chair Yoga with Sarah Starr.
The Price is affordable and in my opinion is very cheap when compared to the benefits it gives.
