    I have been searching for the ideal smoothie to have for breakfast as i have just started to try and eat healthfully.
    These smoothies look delicious especially the peach oat smoothie, so easy to make aswell.
    Could you also have one for lunch or would that be to much in one day?
    Also can these smoothies be made up and put in the freezer?

      Thanks for visiting. In my opinion almost all fruit based smoothies are delicious.Having smoothie only for lunch will not give sufficient nutrition. Moreover, it will be more if you take in addition to your lunch as well.Those who plan for weight loss  should take a little heavier(solid) diet as a lunch. Otherwise you will start feeling weaker, I don’t support freezing the prepared food.
